The Center for Continuing Education was founded in 1992 by Robert A. Moselle, himself a practicing attorney in San Francisco. Since it's inception, CCE has presented Continuing Legal Education seminars featuring the nation's most distinguished attorneys and experts. Over the years CCE has partnered with major companies, such as Microsoft. Please contact us with any questions, if you may be interested in presentation of a program or if would like to discuss collaborative MCLE opportunities.

Robert A. Moselle, Esq.
    Founder and President

Practicing law in California since 1979, Founder and President, Robert Moselle started the Center for Continuing Education in 1992. He earned his J.D. at San Francisco Law School and served as Alumni President for six years.      He  earned his B.A., Cum Laude, from Washington & Lee University.

Monica Alami
Marketing & Operations

Monica assists with Marketing and Operations, as well as day to day Accounting matters. She is a San Francisco native with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development.

Greg Woods

Greg Woods teaches Criminal Justice courses at San Jose State University and the San Jose Police Academy. Professor Woods has also lectured at Cal State East Bay, Sonoma State and San Francisco State Universities. A respected legal trend and law enforcement expert, Woods is regularly featured on television and radio programs, podcasts and in print. He received his J.D. from San Francisco Law School and lives and works in the Bay Area.

SPEAKER BIOS

Alexander Anolik, Esq.

Alexander Anolik, Esq., a seasoned trial attorney, is widely recognized as one of the pre-eminent travel attorneys in the world. He is president of one of the largest U.S. law corporations emphasizing the practice of travel law and travel industry litigation, with a travel law support staff including attorneys, consultants, paralegals and industry trained registration assistants in his San Francisco, California offices. Mr. Anolik received his Juris Doctor degree from Hastings Law School, San Francisco in 1967. He studied International Law at the University of California, Boalt Hall, and the Academia Internationalis Lex et Scientia, The Hague, Netherlands, in 1971. He is a member of the California and Washington, D.C. Bars, and is admitted to practice in several Federal District Courts, U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Nnamdi Asomugha was an NFL Pro-Bowl Defensive Back for the Oakland Raiders, and is now with Philadelphia Eagles. Nnamdi played his college football at UC Berkeley where he would earn a B.A. in corporate finance. In addition to being a star on the football field, Nnamdi is recognized for his dedication to and personal involvement with charitable organizations. Nnamdi appears as a speaker on "Sports Law: Rules of the Game: Representing Today's Professional Athlete," which also features Joe Starkey, longtime voice of the 49ers and Cal Bears and Bay Area sports attorney Steve Baker. Nnamdi articulates the athlete's perspective on key career issues. 

Donna Bader, Esq.

Donna Bader, Esq. is a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law. Since 1980, she has practiced in Laguna Beach, California exclusively in the areas of civil appeals and writs, with an emphasis on medical and legal malpractice, and personal injury law. She has written over 400 appellate briefs and writ petitions.

Donna is the author of An Appeal to Reason: 204 Strategic Tools to Help You Win Your Appeals at Trial, which is published by Bench Press Publishing. This book was released in July 2011 and was written for trial attorneys and advises them on how to protect their appeals at the trial level.

She also wrote California Summary Judgment and Related Termination Motions, which is published by Thomson/West. 
She has been a featured speaker at seminars for the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Orange County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, the Hispanic Bar Association, Lex Romana, and the Celtic Bar Association.

James A. Bach, Esq.

James A. Bach, Esq. has been working exclusively with immigration cases for several decades, and has lectured and written extensively on immigration law subjects. Mr. Bach is one of less than 8% of California immigration attorneys certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law. He has been given the highest A/V rating by Martindale-Hubbell for ability and ethics for over a decade, and is included in the current Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Bach was the head of the Immigration Law Department of Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May (now Reed Smith). Currently Mr. Bach serves as Chair of the State Bar's Immigration and Nationality Advisory Commission, which writes and grades the California Immigration and Nationality Specialty Examination. He is also an Arbitrator for the San Francisco Bar Association.

Steve Baker, Esq. is a nationally known San Francisco-based sports attorney and adjunct law professor at Golden Gate School of Law.  He has negotiated millions of dollars of precedent setting NFL contracts for such players as Cleveland Browns' QB Jeff Garcia, Philadelphia Eagles’ fullback Jon Ritchie, Oakland Raiders' 2003 1st round draft choice defensive back Nnamdi Asomugha, Houston Texans’ linebacker Kailee Wong, 49ers' Linebacker Jamie Winborn and former NFL Pro-Bowlers Ken Harvey, Ray Brown and Brian Mitchell. Mr. Baker is a graduate of Tufts University and Cornell Law School. He lives with his wife, Fox News Channel reporter, Claudia Cowan; and twins, in Mill Valley, California. 

Albert Barsocchini, Esq. is an internationally recognized expert in e-Discovery (patent litigation), international and national privacy and protection, compliance, audit and corporate investigations. He writes and lectures frequently on these topics.  Albert served as Chair of the California State Bar's Law Practice Management & Technology Section in 2000. He is a founding member of the California State Bar Cyberspace Law Committee and currently serves as a special master for the State Bar of California in the search and seizure of legally privileged and confidential matters.

Clifford A. Blackman, Esq.

Clifford A. Blackman, Esq. is the founder of Blackman Legal Group, a Burlingame-based Personal Injury firm. He was admitted to practice in the State of California in 1976. Mr. Blackman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama from Hofstra University in New York in 1971, and a Master of Arts degree in Television in 1974 from Hofstra University. Mr. Blackman received his Doctorate in Law in 1976 from San Francisco Law School. As the senior partner and trial expert at the Blackman Legal Group, Mr. Blackman has studied an extensive amount of medicine relating to traumatic injury cases. He has tried cases successfully in Courts throughout the State of California as well as in Texas and New York.

Mr. Blackman is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Francisco Bar Association, the San Mateo County Bar Association, The Santa Clara County Bar Association, The Consumer Attorneys of California, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and Bay Area Lawyers Network.

Phil Cameron, Esq.

Dr. Phil Cameron, Esq. of Alexander Anolik Law Corporation and President and Founder of The Space Travel Law Association earned his S.J.D. Doctorate in International Law (with honors); LL.M. Masters in International Law (with honors), and the requirements for an Intellectual Property Certificate (with distinction); and J.D. Law Degree and a Certificate of International Law (with distinction) from Golden Gate University.

Dr. Cameron completed study abroad programs hosted by Oxford University, England; Temple University, Japan; Mahidol University, Thailand; Paris X Nanterre, France; and other programs at The Hague Academy of International Law, The Netherlands; and Keio University, Japan. He has co-taught courses in Travel Law at San Francisco State University and San Francisco Law School and regularly presents papers for The International Forum of Travel and Tourism Advocates (IFTTA). His pre-law work included Philosophy, World Religions, International Studies, and Linguistics.
