Sexual Harassment Training (AB 1825): California Law requires that by January 1, 2006, all employers with fifty (50) or more employees provide two (2) hours of sexual harassment training and education to all supervisory employees who are employed as of July 1, 2005. This training course is designed to meet this newly imposed requirement. Approved for continuing education credits for SPHR, PHR and GPHR, as regulated by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
Contractors and Developers Legal Forum — Building the West: AALRR attorneys and special guests will present a hypothetical case and in-depth panel discussion focusing on special needs of the construction marketplace.
