To use DVD or CD programs to earn participatory credits, simply sign in, with a witness, when you start listening to or watching the program. Return the completed, original forms to CCE. CCE will promptly issue and mail you a Certificate of Attendance, valid for Participatory credits, for each program, effective as of the date on which you listen to or watch the program.
Under MCLE Rules, 12.5 hours MUST be participatory. Use your additional programs to earn your the balance of your 25 required hours through Self-study. Listen to the programs with no need to utilize forms. (Or use self-study tests, listed below).
Click here for instructions, Participatory Credit forms and Courtesy Compliance Log.

New York attorneys:

ADDITIONAL ATTORNEY FEATURE:

For $140, additional attorneys can use the same programs to earn all 25 hours. The more attorneys, the greater the value! Ideal for law libraries and effective time management. For $20, additional attorneys may use individual programs for Participatory Credits.
