HOW TO EARN PARTICIPATORY CREDITS
WITH CCE-MCLE AUDIO PROGRAMS
The following process may be used by CALIFORNIA attorneys to earn PARTICIPATORY credits with ALL CCE-MCLE Audio programs.
Attorneys in many states may also earn credits with CCE-MCLE Audio programs. NEW YORK attorneys may earn MCLE credits with CCE's MCLE Audio programs. Simply follow the same instructions and forms used by California attorneys to earn Participatory Credits. Call CCE at 1-800-443-6253 to review the rules in your state.
There is no charge, to the purchaser of the audio program, for the issuance of one Certificate of Attendance, valid for Participatory credits. ADDITIONAL ATTORNEYS may earn Participatory credits by following the guidelines herein and submitting a $20 administrative fee, per attorney, per program or $140 for up to 13 hours of participatory credits.

THE BASICS
When you are ready to begin listening, SIGN IN on the Official Sign-In Sheet (Record of Attendance), IN FRONT OF A WITNESS. When you have finished listening, have the witness complete the Verification of Attendance form. Then, please take a few moments and complete the Evaluation form. RETURN ALL THREE (3) completed forms to CCE at the below address. CCE will issue you a Certificate of Attendance, effective on the date of the Audio Activity and valid for Participatory credits.
THE FORMS
Official Sign-In Sheet (Record of Attendance)
Enter the complete name of the Program Title and the date, time and location of the audio activity (when and where you listened). PRINT YOUR NAME in the left hand column, PRINT YOUR BAR NUMBER in the middle column and SIGN YOUR NAME in the right hand column.
Verification of Attendance Form
A witness must complete this form, confirming that you signed in and listened to the program on the date and time and for the number of hours specified.
Activity Evaluation Form
On the top portion of the page, add the title of the MCLE Audio program. Rate the various categories, with 5 being the highest and 1 the lowest ratings.

NOTE: For State Bar record-keeping purposes, CCE is required to maintain the ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION. Kindly send original forms to CCE, maintaining copies for your records. CCE will send you the original Certificate of Attendance.
Self-StudyALL CCE-MCLE Audio programs may also be used to earn self-study credits. No documentation need be sent in to CCE for you to claim self-study credits.
