Barry Winograd received his J.D. from Boalt Hall, where he has taught labor law and mediation courses for many years. A member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and a former Administrative Law Judge for the California Public Employment Relations Board, he maintains a full time dispute resolution practice as an arbitrator and mediator of labor and employment cases as well as business, securities, personal injury and other civil disputes.
