United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Oakland. Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable D. Lowell Jensen.
Researched and drafted legal memoranda and orders in areas of intellectual property, general civil litigation, and criminal law. Assisted with hearings and trials, supervised externs. Completed special assignment to Ninth Circuit. July 2001 - August 2002.
