Kay was lead counsel in the 1994 Court TV case, Weeks vs. Baker & McKenzie, San Francisco Superior Court, ($7.175 million, largest sexual harassment verdict in the world at that time, reduced on motion for a new trial to $3.75 million. Additionally, $1.85 million in attorney's fees awarded, largest in sexual harassment cases). Mr. Kay is a lecturer for the Lighthouse Group Trial Advocacy Seminars. In 1995 he was a speaker, along with Anita Hill, at the Minnesota Trial Lawyer's Association Convention.
