Bob Heyman, holds a Masters in Education (ED.M) from Harvard University in media based learning and a J.D., Hastings College of Law. He is credited with coining the phrase "Edutainment" while producing Multimedia education materials for the National Geographic Society. Bob was a senior executive at the Education Development Center, the nations leading educational think tank, and is co-author of "Net Results: Web Marketing that Works" (Simon & Schuster), and "The Auction-App: How Companies Tap the Power of Online Auctions to Maximize Revenue Growth" (McGraw-Hill).

Bob is Provost for New Canoe University, www.newcanoeu.com, which offers learners an innovative, thoughtful alternative to online education. He is also an entertainment attorney whose clients have included Maria Muldaur, Jefferson Starship, John Stewart and Ray Manzarek of the Doors. His rock opera "Rock Justice," written with Jefferson Airplane's Marty Balin, is included in the list of top ten all-time rock operas in the Book of Rock Lists.
